The things a spreadsheet quietly gets wrong
Findings are the problems that are not about a date. Physician arrangements with no signed writing on file. Agreements whose term ended and were never closed out. 3 contracts where the notice period was never recorded at all.
That last group matters most. On a spreadsheet an empty cell looks like good news. Here it is reported as "cannot be assessed", because not knowing when a contract renews is a finding, not a blank.
None of this is generated by an AI guessing. They are plain rules over recorded facts, so every flag can be explained to an auditor and reproduces the same way every time. Where a fact lives outside the contracts — whether an invoice is still being paid, for instance — the register says so rather than inferring it.
A bar stays at the top of every screen so you can come straight back to this step.
