Governing language

Either party may elect not to renew this Agreement by delivering written notice to the other party no less than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Absent such notice this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive periods of twelve (12) months. Compensation shall be as set forth in Exhibit B, Fee Schedule, which may be amended by Plan upon sixty (60) days written notice. Provider shall submit all claims within one hundred twenty (120) days of the date of service.
