Governing language
This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the end of the then-current term. Annual support fees shall increase by the lesser of seven percent (7%) or the change in CPI-U. Customer data shall be made available for export upon termination subject to payment of the then-current professional services rate.
