Governing language

Physician shall serve as Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and shall devote not less than sixteen (16) hours per month to the administrative duties set forth in Exhibit A, for which Physician shall be compensated at an hourly rate determined to be fair market value. Physician shall maintain contemporaneous time records. This Agreement shall expire at the end of its term unless renewed in a writing signed by both parties.
